Refund Policy


Returns

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns for products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in its original packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Buzzle.Qs@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards. We also do not accept change of mind returns if the product has been used.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
