Shipping Policy


General Information

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of the purchase order being received. However a longer time may be required for special circumstances.

 

Currently, Buzzle orders can only be shipped to addresses within Australia. Delivery times after dispatch are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location:

NSW Metro: 2 business days

NSW Regional: 3-5 business days

Other states Metro (VIC, QLD, SA, NT, WA, TAS): 3-6 business days

Other states Regional: 5-10 working days

 

All of our orders are shipped using standard shipping, which uses the Parcel Post service with Australia Post. Please email Buzzle.Qs@gmail.com prior to placing your order should you require express delivery, and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs.

 

Generally, the courier delivers during business hours. If the courier misses you during delivery, by default they will be given authority to leave the parcel in a safe place and will not require a signature upon delivery. If there is no safe place available, a notification card will be left with instructions for collection at a nearby Post Office.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your inbox. If you believe your order has been delayed, please lodge an enquiry to Buzzle.Qs@gmail.com.

Incorrect Address

If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel to you after 2 weeks, they will return the parcel to us at our expense. If the error was as a result of Buzzle sending the parcel to the incorrect address or we have nominated an incorrect service and the parcel has been returned to us, we will immediately reship the parcel to your correct address free of charge.

 

If there is an error with your address, please email: Buzzle.Qs@gmail.com ASAP and we will endeavour to amend it. The amendment cannot be guaranteed, so to avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

 

If the parcel has been returned to us as a result of error or inaction on your part, then as a condition of us resending the parcel back to you, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges that we incur for the return of the parcel to us as a result of your error or inaction and further, the additional delivery costs to have the parcel re-shipped to you at your nominated address.

 

All freight and insurance costs are to be borne by the buyer and the buyer assumes any risk of loss, theft, damage or delay of goods during transit.

 

Error or inaction on your part may be, but is not limited to the following and is determined at our discretion:

 

- You entering an incorrect or incomplete address (including omitting a company name where delivery is to a business address).

 

- You failing to claim the parcel for more than 2 weeks from date of the card notification in your mailbox advising you of attempted delivery.

 

- If you opt to cancel the order as a result of the item being returned to us, we will provide you with a refund, less all shipping costs incurred and our restocking fee of 20% to 30% of the total order value.

 

- All transactions processed through Buzzle are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST.


Incomplete Order

All orders on our website are subject to availability and Buzzle reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including due to unavailability.
